Any comments you may send us will also be kept private, in that your name or other personal information will never be mentioned without your consent. We do not send e-mails en masse to lists of customers. Nonetheless, we may send you information about updates to the e-mail address you provide us, so that you know when you will be able to request them (remember: customers receive free updates for two years after purchase, so you wouldn't want to miss out!). We do not, however, give our customer's e-mail addresses to any other firms, so you will not end up on those bothersome "mailing lists" which generally only serve to fill up your e-mail account with spam!
